This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled when you purchase tickets or services through BuySharply (“we”, “our”, “us”). Please read this carefully before completing a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our Platform.
This Policy applies to all purchases made through BuySharply’s ticketing services. It does not apply to general products or utility payments processed on the Platform.
Tickets purchased through BuySharply are sold directly by event organizers (“Organizers”). BuySharply provides the technology to process ticket sales, but does not organize the event itself. Therefore:

BuySharply retains the right to assist in facilitating a refund from the Organizer, but any refund remains subject to the Organizer’s policy and agreement with the ticket buyer.
Any service or processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by the Organizer.

If a refund is approved, the time it takes to reach your original payment method depends on your bank or card issuer. Typical processing times range from a few business days up to 10 business days after approval.

If an event is postponed, Organizers may offer refunds at their discretion or honor your ticket for the rescheduled date. You should contact the Organizer for updated terms.
Any dispute regarding a refund should be raised promptly with the Organizer. If unresolved, you may contact BuySharply Support for review.
BuySharply may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our Platform and take effect immediately upon posting.
