• BuySharply acts solely as a technology provider enabling ticket sales. Event organizers are responsible for the event offerings, fulfillment, and refund terms.
• You agree that BuySharply does not guarantee the attendance, scheduling, or success of any event.

Payments and Fees

BuySharply may charge fees for certain services, which are disclosed at the point of transaction. You agree to pay any applicable fees when purchasing tickets, services, or using payment features on the Platform.

Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party services or integrate with third-party partners. BuySharply is not responsible for the content, functionality, or services provided by these third parties.

User Content

Any content you post (e.g., reviews, comments, support requests) must be lawful and respectful. You grant BuySharply a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with Platform security.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BuySharply WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification
